Construction Update

October 7, 2021
The clearing of brush and demolition of the condemned Nautilus hotel buildings has begun as we prepare the site for excavation later this month.

Introducing: Lighthouse Station at Woods Hole

The development has been officially named Lighthouse Station at Woods Hole as the view from the property includes the Woods Hole Coast Guard station at Little Habor, which operated as the U.S. Lighthouse Service Station from 1828 until 1939.

Lighthouse Station at Woods Hole will be a 55+ community with 39 market-rate residences from 1325-3191 sq ft within five detached buildings. The development also includes four certified affordable rental units within two buildings, providing the community with much-needed housing stock. The property also consists of the historic restoration of the Fuller Dome. (Formally the Nautilus Restaurant)

We expect unit presales to be available starting in November 2021, completing the first units by the Spring of 2023.
